How to check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order please KINDLY 😊 email customerservice@pressedfornails.com

with your full name and order number and order date.

 

When will my order be shipped ?

Processing time for ALL orders/ up to 2-3 weeks (not including business days)

 Orders placed Friday - Sunday

Processing time will begin on Monday 

Orders placed during any sale/holiday may take longer than expected due to the high volume of orders.

 

Do you guys do custom orders ?

Do you guys ship out of the country?

Yes,We ship all over.

 

How long does International Shipping take?

International shipping takes 10-15 days to arrive after your order has been processed. Sometimes longer depending on the country 

 

Why haven’t I received tracking?

Tracking is sent once the order has been shipped.

If your order was shipped over the weekend tracking should update the following Monday. 

I don’t know my nail sizes what should I do?

If you are unsure about your nail sizing,I do suggest ordering a sizing kit.

 

What if I ordered my nails too small/too big?

unfortunately if you ordered them too small,they can not be returned for sanitary reasons. This is why we suggest getting a full set if you aren’t sure about sizing.

If ordered too big,you can always file the nails to make them fit.

 

How many nails are included in each set?

 10 nails are included with each set 

To purchase a full set you must purchase the set twice.

 LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We offer Route shipping protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. All claims are handled with Route. By turning off Route package protection your package is not covered and we are not liable for your package once it leaves us.
